It was a ok process.. They just wanted us to be able to read and type. When I first started they were not giving out drug test but they made us later down the line. I didn't like that you can wear anything to a job interview there. I think it should be more professional.

They called the next day to book an appointment went there chatted with 2 women one from hr and the other was the department manager which I happened to know more about the product than her. A test also was carried out in English and typing test on pc.

Even tho they said it's a one day process, mine took 2 days. Initial interview. If passed then the berlitz exam and online exams. Then behavioral exam which i wasn't able to pass.

two long drawn out interviews in the same day. Back to back after skills testing and followed by mountains of paperwork. Too long and drawn out. Was there for about eight hours. Got an offer that they rescinded just before training. Terrible experience.
