Interview
Zuerst wurde ihc per Telefon vom HR kontktiert und die Basics wurden abgefragt, ob ich zu der Rolle passe und die Rolle zu mir etc.
Dann wurde ein Interview mit dem Sales Manager verinbart und ein Case study Cold Call der vorbereitet werden musste.
Danach gab es dann das Angebot.
It was good experience and learning. First step was assessment and then the first live interview with HR. But, they don’t generally give you an revert or update after the assessment and everytime you need to give an another assessment.
It was basically an online test. They had several sections. They asked me to repeat sentences, they asked me to read out sentences, they asked me sales situations, and an aptitude test.

Question 1
They asked me sales situation on how to approach a disgruntled customer. It was a multiple choice answer.
I had an interview with Teleperformance, and it seems like they have a pretty high turnover rate. The interview was fairly straightforward—the main thing they seemed concerned about was whether I was okay with working fully in-office. Beyond that, they didn’t really dig too deep into anything else.
