My interview at Teleperformance for the Operations Customer Expert role was a dynamic and insightful experience. It began with a warm welcome from the recruitment team, who explained the company’s values and the importance of customer-centric operations. The setting was professional yet relaxed, which helped ease my nerves.
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. The recruiters were approachable and explained each step clearly. It included an initial screening, assessment, and final interview. The questions were mostly about customer service, communication skills, and work experience. Overall, the process was professional and beginner-friendly.

It is a difficult process since I waited for 2 to 3 hours because there's a lot of applicants in the recruitment hub that day, but it is okay since I learned so much from it. The entire interview is not easy but I'm blessed that I passed it all.

Interview process is just them wanting to know what kind of internet you have, how fast, what hours you're looking for and waiting for an offer letter. It was pretty straight forward.
