I have easily interviewed at at least 20-30 in the past two years but I think Torc Robotics was one of the worst. * Recruiter reached out to me scheduled an interview. * The interviewer never called neither did anybody bothered to send an email to let me know about it. * Got a call after two days and I was asked to reschedule and send my availability for the following week. * Sent my availability. * After 5 days I got the generic no reply reject. I totally understand that there can be emergency situations but running into hiccups at every step is a bit too much to be coincidence which really reflects the culture of the company be it the recruitment process and how the potential candidates are being treated.
