The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had first a phone chats to go over my background, then a virtual interview where they asked about my experience and how I handle different situations with the client. Overall, it felt organized and they were easy to talk to.

They mostly asked me about my experience with the accounting process. They wanted to hear how I handle challenges and get things done accurately. Also, how many clients have I handled before and in the industry.

Interview
The interview process was the smoothest I ever had. Just 2 phone interview, no hassle of on site or video interview. Then I was sent an Job Offer to review and accept if I wanted. Got my papers sorted afterwards, then started 3 weeks later after handing my resignation letter to my current employer.
