There was two interviews, the first one was a one on one meeting. Then there is a second one which is on field. You have to follow another agent for a day to get to know the job and they will see if you can do the job. Easy stuff. They accept almost everyone as long people show a positive attitude.

Its a sales job, they are always hiring as the job has a high turnover rate. Basically you will always get an initial 1:1 interview after you applied for the job. They will explain what the job is and ask you to talk a bit about your previous job experience.They talk more than you do. If they find you to fit, they ll give you a second interview, where you will have to follow an sales agent for a whole day to see if you can do the job. Basically just be positive and ask a lot of questions.
