Interview
There was a phone interview that asked the basic questions. It was followed by an in-person interview with upper management. If they're pressed for time, the mid-level interview won't happen. But technically, there's 3 - Phone, Supervisor, management. You'll typically be screened by supervisor assistants (Leads).

Face to face interview, after hours, great experience. Was able to accommodate interview after 5pm. Management staff was welcoming, eager to learn more about my background. Training on systems and industry was provided. Quick advancement and great company. Good benefits and opportunities. Field trips to Raw Material mills.
