I got phone interview by regional HR at first. Then, there were second interview with local HR at office. The third was with manager and forth was with country director, both online

there are 4 rounds. the first one is phone interview with HR, they will call without notice so make sure you don't miss it, behavioral questions only. the second round is assessment test - short answer questions to check your knowledge about accounting standard, tax, IQ, EQ, essay. third round is interview with the manager, and last round is interview with the vice president
