interview process was brief. interviewer seemed more keen to see if candidate fits into department hiring budget. job scope communicated was ambiguous, specifics discussed were still very general and did not inspire confidence.

First they had me do a brief written response to what I thought would make me a good teacher. It wasn’t the most welcoming start, and I found it odd that they didn’t want to talk to me about it in person. Then I did a short, like five minute, demo class. It was clear I could say or do anything and they wouldn’t have cared much. What a joke.
