TLL interview questions

Started off going through resume, with interviewer (PI) asking about past work experiences, what I did etc. Moved on to technical questions, was asked very technical and industry-specific questions about cell biology, biotechnology and molecular cloning techniques e.g. how would you plan the experiment in this scenario to measure this, what assay to use, why and how to execute. This lasted for around 45mins. Finally was asked to provide my two referees at the end and about generic career plans. PI said they would contact my referees for a referral letter shortly after the interview, but never reached out to my referees.

One round of technical interview regarding the doctoral project and other scientific techniques followed by general behavioural questions. Overall, it was an easy interview. I got the offer and currently working with the company.
