received interview thru a staffing agency. Spoke with manager and owner. Discussed qualifications and experience. Whole process took 30 minutes.
My perception is that this is a very easy place to get hired in. They seem almost desparate for good agents. Overheard employees talking in the lobby and seems they had a few people quit in the previous month,

I do not remember my first interview with the company. After a few years away, I came back to work for the company. The interview was laid back and easy.
