I have very low respect for any company that moves you to the presentation round without providing a deck/template. It shows a complete disregard for my time and the time it takes prospective candidates to prep. I spent 3 hours on data analysis, 3 hours on deck creation/formatting, and another 3-4 hours on oral prep. I've been through multiple data analysis/presentation rounds with companies like Reddit who provide more comprehensive information and resources like a deck template.
10 hours of prep for a job that I might not get for feedback that I didn't ask any follow up questions...despite asking several follow up questions. And feedback that I didn't objection handle well despite receiving a partial dataset.
Overall, feels like a big red flag to me.
