Interview
No interview, if you submit an application and they like what they see, they will call you in for orientation. After you submitt your application, call up and ask if they have taken a look at it, or how long is the hiring process and you are sure to get the job, they will ask you to come in for orientation right away.

You will sit in a group of people who are going to get the job to and you go over company policy's. Then you look through a binder and answer question that you read about in the binder
