I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx
Interview
The person who interviewed me asked about my background. They also asked about my experience. One thing they asked me is what I would do in a stressful situation and if I had experience a stressful situation before. They asked me what I did in that situation. It was an easy interview. We had it in the office area, and the interviewer was really nice and easy to talk to.

Question 1
Have you experienced a stressful situation before and if so, how did you handle it?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Branford, CT) in Jul 2016
Interview
Well the interview was fairly easy and what you'd expect, they basically went over my application there with me, asked questions based on it, ect. They were very friendly and professional, nice people over all. My only problem was i got a call from a hiring manager that wanted to schedule an interview a week after she called me, not the week of. When i went there for my interview Thursday of the next week as scheduled on the phone, they said they didn't have me scheduled for that day.. apparently i was a week late, which was impossible when i had the voice mail saying that i was to come in when i did. I followed the simple instructions and was told i was a week late, they need to keep their info more up to date and follow through with what they tell people over the phone, i think this was the reason i wasn't hired.
