Interviewed with two managers, one after the other. They asked me what my intention was in working for TJ Maxx, and how long was I looking to work for them. The first manager told me some specifics about the role and asked me whether or not I could fulfill them, while the second manager asked me more about personal strengths and weaknesses.

What are some of your strengths that would make you a suitable candidate to fill the role os a sales associate at TJ Maxx?
Overall it was a simple interview process. I had a phone interview going over main responsibilities and a description of the job. They asked mainly questions about my availability and hours. The process was quick and simple.
series of basic but informartive questions about person and how they fit into the culture and environment at the workplace. nothing crazy just simple basic questions. was with a store manager
It was quick and easy to apply and they responded within one week to set up an interview. The interview itself was very informal and conversational. The manager was friendly and comfortable speaking.
