It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.

It went very well! First was interviewed by the hiring manager over the phone, and then was called for another phone interview by the manager of the store (everything was over the phone due to COVID). Standard interview questions, everything was very easy. Just know literally anything about customer service.

How would you respond to a customer when approached with a negative or difficult situation?
When was a time where you received good/bad customer service? How did it make you feel?
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
