Sat in a room with other people. They asked questions and then gave us internship at first cause a class we were taking. Wasn't that difficult unless you weren't prepared for it . It only took like 10 minites of my time.
Simple basic behavioral, come prepared witg examles of how you gave customer service in previous scenarios even if not from job. Know a little bit about the company and your golden
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
