I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Marquette, MI) in May 2016
Interview
The interview was short and brief, they seemed very to the point and sincere. I walked in to the store and applied in person and they asked me to come back the next day for an interview, I came in the next day and interviewed and she called me later the next day to offer me the job.

Question 1
What is costumer service to you?
What does Tj Max make you wanna work here ?
Lowkey interview. Multiple people watched a video chatted with a manager. The expectations seemed pretty low. Nice environment and kind reflections of people's answers. The supervisors seemed to like their jobs (which is pretty rare these days).
It was not bad at all. It just took a while to get the job. I had to keep calling about my application to get feedback if I was getting an interview or not
