This company primarily hires from within for this position. First you would have to work for them as a colorist. While working for them as a Colorist you'll have to: come to work every day with a positive attitude, apply color in a timely manor as instructed by the Color Consultant, clean the salon when not with a customer and attend unpaid meetings on your off time.
