I had a mixed interview experience at TikTal. My first interview was with the recruiter and despite her telling me she would get back to me soon to let me know if successful or not, I didn't hear from her for 5 weeks despite following up. I think this is unprofessional and disrespectful. When someone has put their time and effort into interviewing with you I feel you should at least respond to their emails even if just with an "I don't have any update yet." On the other had, I had a great experience with the second interview which was with a few of the management team. They were all positive, engaged, clear, welcoming, and straight to the point.
Good. Straight to the point and relevant to job spec. 1 round of video call followed by a task and decision is made. The task is also based on the job spec so if you know your work, that task should be something you’re able to do

Very fast. Had both interviews and an offer within 10 days. First HR interview and then with 2 campaign directors. Some case related questions but nothing too complicated. It was overall a simple process.
