However, fast forward to today, after a month has passed since the interview, both the HR agency and the interviewer have ceased communication, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. The sudden silence from both parties has left me perplexed and disappointed. It raises questions about the professionalism and integrity of the hiring process. As a candidate, I expected at least a response or an update on the status of my application, considering the time and effort invested in the interview process.
