I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TIAA (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
It started with a one-way video interview where I answered typical behavior questions. The next, and final, interview was a Skype interview with 2 employees in the same field in which I applied for. They reviewed my resume, asked about my experience in my preferred tech stack, and gave me some technical questions as well. The atmosphere was not like a whiteboard interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at TIAA (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
First round: set of behavioral questions recorded by yourself.
Second round: set of questions with 2 employees of TIAA explaining answers in round 1. In addition, some technical questions were asked.
Recruiter reached out in somewhere around March, got the offer within 2 weeks after initial interview. Heard back again by May with more details about the job and department I was going to be a part of. Iterview process was pretty smooth, no complaints.
