I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TIAA (Lewisville, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
After speaking to a recruiter on the phone, I was asked to complete a personality test and then a webcam Q&A. The Q&A was written online and I answered the questions via webcam. Thereafter I had an in-person interview. There were 2 interviewers who had scripted questions. They looked at each other throughout the process but I was not sure what the looks meant.

Question 1
Explain in detail a time when you had to deal with an irate customer, what did you do, was the customer satisfied and did you regain their trust?
Straight forward, brief, friendly. Followed STAR method for interview process. Come prepared, questions were as expected. No surprises, super nice building. Panel interview with 2 interviewers. Short tour of building after interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at TIAA (Frisco, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
The phone interview went well and the assessment was straightforward even though they moved on to another candidate I did not get a chance for an in person interview. I learned a lot but have to wait a year to reapply for the same role but afterwards, I got a link for how to get certified with SIE I picked the non experienced required role so I would be trained for 19 weeks (5 months) 4 days in and one day at home. Then after training it would be 3 days in and 2 days at home so the set up seemed promising.
