32 minute interview. Both interviewers were disinterested throughout. You can tell that they stick to a script. They both talked about their previous Fidelity work experience as if it was a badge of honor. The interview process was a STAR behavioral interview questionnaire. If I was to guess, the interview lasted less than 20 minutes since I filled the additional 12 minutes with questions that the both of them had a difficult time answering. They would give the typical generalized corporate responses. I worked at TIAA before and nothing has changed with their managers/supervisors.
As a side note: TIAA had to settle with previous employees, like myself, over a collective action lawsuit. The lawsuit was in reference to wages and hours being exploited by TIAA. There are better financial service companies than TIAA.
