THE PHOENIX interview questions

1. Met with recruiter (40 mins) 2. Met with supervisor (30 mins) 3. Met with panel (65 mins) Interview process was odd, half the individuals I spoke with were overly enthusiastic when speaking with me, others not so much. Many of the questions asked of the interviewee aren't able to be intelligently answered unless a person has been a member of the organization for at least a week. It's as if they only know how to hire inside candidates which is unfortunate.

3 stage interview - 1st Stage Recruiter Screen - recruiter screen was short and sweet. 2nd Stage online Panel - Met with the team - went over duties and answered any questions 3rd Stage in Person - Met with the Regional Manager
