Showed me their social. Asked for my ideas to improve. I emailed, I went in for 2nd interview.
Then asked me to work for a day - no pay. (Huge Red Flag)

They showed me a lot of the social posts they had created. Pretty rudimentary and a little misguided in terms of strategy. They asked how I would change and why.
