Applied online, got an email a week later inviting me to an OJE and interview. Did a 2 hour UNPAID shift. Got left alone on the bar numerous times and had to make cocktails and serve drinks. Worked for 2 hours non stop and then got an email telling me I didn’t get the job.

Interview
Quick and easy. You are greeted by the GM and asked simple questions. You then get guided through how to make a cocktail and also given a tour of the restraunt.
It was a simple 15 minute interview, where they asked a lot of the standard questions for a hospitality role and the conversation was pleasant. It was quite casual, and they told me to wear whatever I felt comfortable in.
