Interview
Coming in off peak hours, expect to have an interview with lots of interruptions and glances from the staff. Focus on prior experience and bar knowledge, with the understanding that you will probably have to undergo their training class, if hired.
Good interview, interviewer was nice and polite. Shown respect to me while I was there and took me on a tour of the facility. Massive amounts of respect for the company.

Interview
Sat down at a table and chatted casually with the manager. He asked about my experience with bartending and what my availability was. He described the restaurant atmosphere and the role of the job.
A very informal and relaxed interview for Bartender job working at TGI Fridays however I unfortunately declined the job offer even after this comfortable interview. The interview revealed much about the job and restaurant.
