Interview
Hiring process was fast, interview was different...writing a page about anything was part of the interview.
Technical questions were also asked. I was shown samples and asked to describe them in technical terms or ID them.

They also asked me if I had any pets- I suspect that not having one was a condition of employment so I couldn't use it as an excuse to not work 12+ hour days. I felt like I was looked down upon for having fish if you can believe it.
