I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Overland Park, KS) in Feb 2024
Interview
They kept me on the hook for over 72 days. I was told time and time again that they thought I would be a great fit and that I was an amazing candidate for being right out of college. On around the 75th day of my interview process with TEKsystems, the recruiter I had been "working with" (who was extremely unhelpful, inattentive, and pessimistic), called me and said "I felt like I needed to tell you that they decided not to give you the job. I just felt like I owed you this conversation". I mean, seriously? This company will keep you on the hook until they find someone that is "better". Do not waste your time and let these people knock your confidence, especially if you are young like me.

Question 1
Well after 2 1/2 months of interviewing, it is hard to pinpoint one thing.....
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Boston, MA) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interviews went well and they were enganging and eager to hear about my experiences and how I would contribute to their company. Both interviews were around 30 minutes long.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2025
Interview
Everyone was incredibly kind and very professional. The main reason I did not accept was because I decided to move away from Charlotte. Had a half day where I went in to see what it was like, seemed like a good group of people.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Pretty smooth. Screening call, meet with director of business operations, then final round panel interview in person. Overall process was not bad. I was given an offer after. Would recommend to a friend
