There are several steps in selection process. It took couple of weeks to complete all the screening process. Several Telephonic screening calls and several Face to Face discussions. Interviews are friendly and the interviews were not like interrogations rather friendly conversations. Throughout the process the feedbacks of the interviews were swift. The interview schedules were prompt.
