I felt that those at TEK spent ample time getting to know me before just deciding whether or not they wanted to hire me. It was a few interview process and I felt that they wanted to understand my personality and skillset and what I am interested in before just throwing me in.

What motivates you?
Describe a time where you've handled a difficult situation.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
