Phone interview with a corporate recruiter. Mainly situational and asking about me, my experiences and getting to know me. The woman who interviewed me didnt give much feedback throughout the conversation. She would ask a question, I would answer, and she would respond with "ok". It was not fluid at all, and not conversational.

What are your main motivators? Tell me about yourself? What makes you interested in going into recruiting?
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
