I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TEEMA Solutions Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
I was completely taken aback that the recruiter was late to the interview and chose not to disclose that this position was a commission only position in our email conversations.
Just for context I am a seasoned recruiter that would never accept a position without salary.
This company left a very poor impression.

Question 1
The assessment focused more on work style and personality than traditional interview questions. It asked about attention to detail, communication, motivation, and how I approach workplace situations.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TEEMA Solutions Group (Litchfield Park, AZ) in Sept 2022
Interview
First round is with an internal recruiter and 2nd+ rounds are with the same Partner that is assigned to you. This is a high volume 'outfit' therefore it is different than many boutique agencies and the partner tries to ascertain if that would preclude you from being successful.
