Very professional and upfront. This company is open and honest which is a nice change from larger companies. TEC is looking for motivated personnel who have an open minded approach to problem solving.

Contacted via LinkedIn and asked to submit the application through their company web page. Straight forward process. After initial HR screening called for an on-site interview. But, didn't provide details about their interview process. Six people including HR was on the panel. Most of the questions were from the resume that was submitted in their web page.
