Hiring manager took me on a tour of 1/2 the plant and described the different operations as we came across them.
Hiring manager took me out to lunch at a local spot in the next town over (as Waynesboro is tiny). He talked a lot about where I should live.
I then interviewed with 2 other mgrs. They went thru my resume basically line for line.
Hiring manager took me on a tour of the other 1/2 of the plant
HR mgr. went over the company benefits with me.

Also my English level was tested in the interview
Besides that the process was really smooth
