Interview
There is an initial interview with someone from HR, it's thirty minutes long. Then there is a second interview with HR and a manager from the engineering department. This interview is more technical (1 hour).

Describe a time where something needed to be done quickly.
Not a bad experience but very slow. First applied in January, then first round interview was a questionnaire in March asking about GIS experience, then the second/final round was a zoom call in April which was mostly behavioral and asking about my experience.

Interview
The interview process took about 3 weeks. No skills assessment. Interviewer did not seem to be well-prepared. Recruiter promised feedback for all candidates that made the final interview round, but ghosted after the interview was over. All I received was an automated message from their staffing system that said they were proceeding with candidates whose experience was a better fit. This seemed strange for an internship.
