The interview process consisted of three rounds: a screening round, an initial interview, and a final panel interview. The first two rounds focused on general and background-related questions, while the panel interview was more in-depth, with a strong emphasis on technical and situational-based questions.

Interview
3-4 rounds. Met with parts of the team. They wanted me to meet with the client on the 4th round. Took about 2 months. Got ghosted with no answer at the third round. We need to stop normalizing companies ghosting us for fun.

Question 1
Assume you had a conflict within a project with another team member. How would you go about resolving the conflict.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TD Thornton Group (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
Had an initial conversation with the People manager. Brief but very insightful and clearly laid out guidelines for the role. I was then sent an excel assessment that was pretty straightforward. The second call with the Hiring Manager was also great. He was very enthusiastic and made the company sound like a fun place to work. It felt more like a conversation and less like an arduous interview process, where we talked about hard skills and soft skills. He expressed that I would be a great fit and had a competitive edge over all the other candidates. However, I ended up waiting over a month for a response after this interview and was met with radio silence. I was informed (after having to send multiple follow up emails) that my application was reviewed with one of their contracts but did not meet expectations. This is fine, and I did appreciate their work in this. But with essentially no updates during the whole process? I think if I had not sent follow ups, I would have probably been ghosted.
