First was a quick phone interview with a brief about the job. Second interview was done by HR Manager. Questions were not too difficult, asking about your experience. In order to answer behaviour questions, the Manager wanted to hear an example related to the job, sales skills is likely preferred
Very friendly and approachable experience. Asked relevant questions and made me feel comfortable. Team were all very nice, nothing bad to say about the interview experience at all. They want to get a real sense of your personality and expertise rather than trying to unnecessarily trick or intimidate you.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Clearwater, FL) in Jun 2024
Interview
It was an online interview with two hiring managers and later on, a current Sales Rep came in to show me the "ropes" via computer and see if I could work a computer. It was weird to see if I could work a computer, and sad to think about who they must be interviewing. I just said I had great customer service and I was a honest, upfront, and competitive person and they loved me. They are looking for people who are "hungry, happy, and humble." Only one real interview via zoom so an easy process. PLEASE note: I have not yet accepted nor declined, just needed to write a review.
