I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TD (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
The interview was very straight forward. In-person. I had 2 interviewers - the Manager of Customer Service (MCS) and Branch Manager (BM). I had been referred by someone that knew the BM at the time.
The interview took roughly an hour and went through standard interview questions. Most of it was specific to my resume. We discussed my other retail experience and its transferability to this position. One of the few standardized questions they asked was what type of team player are you and have you ever had to deal with a team conflict and what did you do.
They were curious to know at what point I would have escalated problems to the manager vs. what action I would take independently. By the way they were reacting, it seemed like autonomous decision making was important to them - making sure I could exercise my own logical judgement.
By the end of the interview I was offered the position immediately. Offer letter came a couple days later.

Screening interview with recruiters first, followed by a second interview with the hiring team. If selected, you are then matched with a branch based on fit, availability, and business needs.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
