In person interview: usually with the manager customer service by two people. very straight forward - asked about experience, emphasis on customer service, what you know about td, why td, why do you want to be a csr. took about 1 hour. when interview complete, they asked you to complete an online assessment.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
