Numerous people interviewed me including peers. A presentation was done in front of the senior team. The interview process was completed in different stages with different people hence the expectatins were different at every interview.

Interview
Applied online. The Recruiter contacted me the next day to book an interview. The first interview was within a week. The interview with the recruiter was easy and casual. She asked some basic behavioral questions.
The second interview was with the District VP and VP. The interview was about 30 minutes long, fairly straightforward with some basic behavioral questions.
Immediately after the interview, they send me a technical test. Which I did not do well in.

Interview
Initial call with HR, about 30 minutes about the job and background. Once you get past that, they sent me a homework assignment to complete and submit. Took me about 2 hours. Follow up interview with two panel members. Usual questions about my experience, situational questions. Fair process, no complaints.
