Mostly behavioural questions. Interview went for about 30-35 minutes. In addition to technical questions, you can expect behavioral and competency-based questions. These aim to evaluate your soft skills, such as teamwork, leadership, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving. Prepare examples from your past experiences that demonstrate these skills effectively.Got the offer the next day.

Two thorough interviews based on behaviourial scenarios. Interviewee's made me feel comfortable before responding long or open-ended questions. From the first interview I was told to wait to hear about my second interview where I met with the staff manager, in the second interview I was told my profile was good and to wait for someone to contact me, about 48 hours later I received a phone call with a job opportunity.

Questions and Simulation Questions. There was analysis questions on my behaviours in business and how to handle customer complaints. It was brief and pretty average. They were nice and personable.

Almost one hour of HR interview. All behavior questions and they were so comprehensive from client service skills to past experience and prizes. Easy to communicate with and good interaction between interviewer and interviewee.
