I received a phone call from HR to have an interview. I met the ASM and store sup for an interview and it was nice. They had great questions, they really got to know me, I got to talk about relevant things.

Greatest success so far. That was the hardest question for me 3 years ago, but today it's easier .
The interview process is very easy and fast. You will be interviewing with the head management team and required to answer questions and past work role experience. After being interviewed it will take up to 24 hours until they respond to you and let you know if you were hired or not.

You have to be very happy, energetic and approachable. It's just as any other interview process but they pick people according to their energy so body language, smiling, seeming interested and basically they want to see how you would interact with the customer based on the interview.

Interviewed me as if it was for a sales position. The job is a sales position. I was asked my schedule and basic other things. It was very simple. Took about an hour. Not very formal.
