Interview
Very long in person interview. They flew me out so I met with two people for an hour and a half and then did lunch for an additional hour and a half. Went through the resume and covered all the basic interview questions (strengths/weaknesses, examples of teamwork and leadership, preferences about job including individual or team oriented)

Biggest failure. Provide several weaknesses. How will your inexperience (entry level) be a negative.
Very pleasant. Respectful. Discussed resume skills as appropriate for the job. Discussed background and skillset. Td Bank Interview The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at TD (Calgary, AB) in August 2015. Applied online, next day received a personality assessment. Two days later I had a phone interview and then was invited to a group interview
