      CEA/Customer Service Representative Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TD (Waterloo, ON) in Nov 2020

      Interview

First its a phone interview then after if you are selected you will be moved onto the next round. For me it was a zoom call with 2 branch managers. They ask you a series of questions such that have other questions along with it. You need to fully answer each question. Be sure to smile alot, be friendly and warm they really like that. Process takes about 2 months so you have to be super patient. After all you will be the only person selected from an applicant pool of hundreds. TD does not normally do bulk hiring just hiring for locations that need staff. There are also websites you can use to prepare for the types of questions they are going to ask you as well! If you have friends who work at TD try and get a referall it makes you a stronger applicant. I still go the job without one but it does help. They also don't hire people who are looking for quick jobs they want people that are really going to use this experience in some way shape or form and really want people who interested in working their way up within the company. if this is something that interests you note this in your interview it will also make you a stronger applicant. Make sure to constantly check your email as they will send you updates. If you are selected there is a background check process done through first advantage. They screen everything, regarding criminal records, driving infractions, employment history, etc. DO NOT LIE. They will find out and they will move forward with someone else. Other then that you should be fine! :)
