I applied online and did a 30mins phone interview and I passed, two weeks later I got the video interview email. The video interview was 30 mins as well but in the video interview you have to be more specific in your cases.

The process was not complex and the interviewer was friendly. The time schedule for the interview was respected and the lady did not drag it with more questions.
I was stress at the beginning but my interviewer asked me to be relax and confident. It helped me alot
