Phone interview, then in person interview. Pass that it's a drug test. You must show proof of Education. 8 weeks of training 4 weeks class rma and 4 weeks of live training, I think the live traing should be different before you get on the actual phone
They held an online interview and asked some questions regarding to your previous job role, like what did you do for last job...as well as some behaviour question like tell me about the time that you provided the solution to a customer and they rejected

Applied online then heard back within about a week. Went through the first interview online (Teams/Zoom). I didn't hear back for a week, I sent a follow up email and left a voice message via phone and never heard back, I pretty much got completely ghosted.
