Interview
I was contacted promptly by the recruiter for an introductory call/interview within a few days of applying. The following week, an in-branch interview was scheduled with both the Branch Manager and the Assistant Manager.

Tell me about a time when you provided an exceptional customer experience?
The interview process began with a short Zoom screening with the HR representative. Later that day, the branch manager called to schedule an on-site interview. The on-site interview was fair and included some behavioral questions as well as questions about my resume. The interviewer was nice and friendly, which made the experience comfortable.
