TCC, LLC interview questions

They interviewed me for the position that scheduales people. They liked me and told me to come back a a week later for a second interview. I show up and they tell me they already hired for the position and told me they emailed me a few days later to tell me never mind I didn’t get the second interview EVEN THOUGH THEY SCHEDUALED ME TO COME IN FOR IT. Then they demoted my offer to me to one of the people under the position I applied for. NOT ORGANIZED! So I was offered A job but not THE JOB I APPLIED FOR...

I applied through a staffing agency. After filling out paperwork with the agency, I had a same day interview at TCC. It was a group interview. After introducing ourselves and our customer service background, ( and an ice breaker), we were given a call scripting sample to read during a call scenario. Afterwards, we were brought out to the floor to shadow current employees. Once that was finished, they tested our computer skills by having us follow printed directions.
